  • News, Alerts, and Publications: You may sign up to receive news, alerts, and publications from us by providing us with your name, e-mail address, zip code and selecting one or more topics of interest. In such a case, we will use the information you provide to send you the types of communications you request and to communicate with you about other topics we think may interest you.
  • Story Submissions: By submitting a story to us, you are granting permission to the Alliance for Women’s Health and Prevention to copy, exhibit, publish and distribute your story worldwide, together with your name and city of residence on this Website, on our social media platforms, in print, in emails, in any other media, now known or hereafter developed, and with interested parties at the Alliance for Women’s Health and Prevention’s sole discretion. The Alliance for Women’s Health and Prevention will determine, at our sole discretion, where and when your story appears. You further agree that the Alliance for Women’s Health and Prevention may edit your personal story for length and/or clarity. We will not, however, knowingly edit your story in such a way as to create a misleading impression. By submitting your story, you are attesting to the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided. As we can only manage and display a limited number of stories at any one time, the Alliance for Women’s Health and Prevention retains the right to remove or delete your information from any platform at any time at our sole discretion. We will edit or remove your information at any time upon your request. Simply contact us at info@everybodycovered.org. Please allow several business days for us to make any applicable updates. We may share your story and other personally identifiable information about you with individuals and organizations who share our values or goals, or who we are partnering or working with. In addition, we may use your story in EveryBODY Covered campaign materials that are shared with elected officials and with the press.
  • Blogs: You may subscribe to get an RSS feed or other regular notification and/or delivery of the content on our blog by submitting your e-mail address. In such a case, we will use the information you provide to send you the information you request and to communicate with you about our blog. You also may be able to submit comments to our blog. In so doing, you may choose to include personal information in your comments, and you also may be required to submit your name and e-mail address along with your comment. In such a case, we may use your first name to identify you as a commenter.
  • Event Registration: You may register to attend or otherwise participate in our events by providing us with information such as your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. In such a case, we will use the information you provide to register you for the event and to communicate with you regarding the event. We also may use the information to communicate with you about other events and topics we think may interest you.
